Not only did she conduct a diligent inspection but she negotiated with the seller on our behalf so we paid below asking price and had the sellers cover our closing costs. Our home is the perfect fit and we couldn’t have made the purchase without Christina. One of Christina’s greatest assets is her vast network with trades. She set us up with a roofer, plumber, painter, and HVAC technician in one day. The trades she recommended were professional and top quality.
Christina is extremely knowledgable about all types of homes and neighborhoods in Maricopa County. She is skilled at negotiating, professional in all communications, prompt to respond, follows up post closing, and is a fun and kind person to work with.
