STAGING ITEMS: Remove clutter from the home. Think about a few items that will capture your eye, but not take away from the highlighting the best features of the home. If buyers get too caught up in the personal items in the home, they may not be able to visualize their items in the home, or how they would function in the home. If you are living in the home while trying to sell it, remember to make a sweep through the home prior to leaving every day – so it may be easy to show for a short notice appointment.
CURB APPEAL: The outside of the home is the first impression and will set the stage for the remaining visit. Be sure the outside of the home is just as groomed as the inside. Need ideas?
